Finalists may apply for free accommodation during the National Finals Weekend.

Billeted accomodation is dependant on availability from friends of the competition and is offered only on the dates below and only if accommodation is available - our friends open their houses to support this competition.

Arrangements depend entirely on your flight and transport schedules. In most cases, interstate applicants may be met at Avalon Airport or Geelong Station and driven to their host accomodation, but arranging your own transfers may be necessary. Please be aware of bus, train, Uber or taxi requirements.

 

It is not possible to request transport from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport or Southern Cross Station.

 

If you are accepted for the National Finals Weekend and travelling from intestate, regional Victoria or Melbourne, you must email the Competition Coordinator admin@aycmc.org.au as soon as possible to request accommodation. Depending on availability, accompanists may also be offered accommodation.

a finals place does NOT automatically guarantee accommodation.
