Governance

Originally created under a Deed of Trust dated 1 July 1991 between the Geelong Advertiser Proprietary Limited and named individual Trustees, the scholarship is now administered by the Board of Directors of Australian Youth Classical Music Competition Limited ACN 159 947 378, a company specifically incorporated for this purpose.  The Directors of the Company, all of whom live in the Geelong region, provide their services on a voluntary basis, as a community service..
